Digital Futures Group

As a key stakeholder in new technologies including social media we would like to invite you to be part of the DACLD3 Digital Futures Group. The reference group will oversee the development of ‘National Standards for Social Media and New Technologies practice in CLD’; ensure a strategic approach to sector-wide developments; and, ensure national policies affecting CLD include the use of new technologies.

DACLD3 is being delivered by YouthLink Scotland, Learning Link Scotland and the Scottish Community Development Centre, funded by Education Scotland. . The  key outcome of DACLD is that “young people, adults and communities are better able to access and use new technologies and social media as part of their individual learning journey and for social action, through the improved knowledge, confidence and competence of CLD practitioners. • The development of National Standards for Social Media and New Technologies practice in CLD,

  • The facilitation of Action Learning Sets across Scotland to support the workforce

  • The development of a web platform to share innovative practice: www.digitallyagilecld.org
